Is there an old guitar lying around the house, or have you received one this Christmas? Then pop down to the Music Gym Guitar Day at Meriden Centre, Garsmouth Way, Watford, WD25 9ET
on Saturday 13th January.
From 1–5pm you can get any guitar checked over by a professional musician at no cost.
From 3–5pm there are FREE guitar lesson available for 7 year-olds and up – beginner level only.
We have a Luthier and Professional Guitarists onsite that will give your Guitar a FREE check over and we will show you how to tune it too. We will advise you if there are any problems and offer string changes and set-ups at reasonable prices.

Music Gym is a rock & pop music school with professional Yamaha trained teachers. Fun guitar lessons for children and Adults are available from £10 an hour; the acclaimed Yamaha Guitar Encounters Counters Course is taught at £16 an hour. Lessons with accredited grades (same value as classical grades) are also part of Yamaha Music Schools.
Privately owned, the school has been established for over 6 years and staff are passionate about teaching music. As well as guitar lessons, there is tuition in singing (7+ years), keyboards (6+), drums (7+), music production, songwriting and now private one-to-one piano lessons for children 5+ and adults – all with carefully selected and qualified music teachers.
