"My three children have benefited tremendously from learning an instrument at the Music Gym. Learning in a small group of students has encouraged them to regularly practice, they genuinely love the songs they play and the teachers make the lessons fun, supportive and engaging."

£15 one-off joining fee on enrolment for all lessons. All prices pro-rata across 41 teaching weeks. Same monthly payment regardless of how many lessons fall in that month. Direct debit via GoCardless. One month's notice to cancel. Full terms at musicgym.co.uk/terms-conditions.
We do both but it's more fun in small group. We teach with Yamaha's proven techniques developing healthy competition and accountability amongst peers for playing (and practicing). For 7 and up we do 60 mins every week and we find small group pupils out perform pupils in private lessons. Small group is much more affordable too :)
We charge the same amount every month, all year round. Here's how it works: there are 41 teaching weeks in our year. We multiply your weekly lesson cost by 41 to get the annual total, then divide by 12 to get your monthly payment. So some months you'll have 4 lessons and some months 5 — but your direct debit never changes. No surprises, no holiday surcharges, no catch.
Free Small Group Tasters are for complete beginners — your child's first lesson is free, no experience or instrument needed. If you or your child already play and want a private 1-to-1 assessment before joining a class, book a Private Taster Assessment for £20. All lessons are subject to availability.
