Something Guitar Ltd T/A Music Gym operates under a comprehensive Safeguarding Children Policy in accordance with the Children Act 1989, the Children Act 2004, and current statutory guidance. Our full policy is available to parents, guardians, and relevant authorities on request.
The welfare of every child is our paramount concern. All Music Gym staff and volunteers are subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks before working with children, and our safeguarding procedures are reviewed annually.

Music Gym uses photographs, video and audio recordings for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, online and traditional marketing materials. Consent is obtained from parents and guardians via our registration process.
Your Privacy Matters
If you would prefer your child's image not to be used in any promotional material, please notify us in writing at [email protected] and we will ensure this is respected without exception.
If you have any concern about the welfare of a child at Music Gym — however minor it may seem — please contact us immediately. You do not need firm evidence; a reasonable concern is enough.
